Having troubles with the LifeSaver app?  These are some of our most commonly reported issues.

Symptom: App makes noise and/or flashes banner message when driving.Common Problem: App iPhone Settings is not configured correctly
Likely Resolution: In the App follow steps within this setup video.
Symptom: App is not locking when drivingCommon Problem: Location Services has been disabled
Likely Resolution: Check iPhone > Settings > LifeSaver app to confirm that Location is set to ‘Always’ and Background App Refresh is set to ‘On’.
Symptom: Not getting Arrival or Departure NotificationsCommon Problem: App has been closed or deleted by user.
Likely Resolution: Check your LifeSaver Portal to see driver’s last active date. Have driver re-open or re-install the app.
Symptom: Not getting Arrival or Departure NotificationsCommon Problem: Data Plan has been disabled
Likely Resolution: Check iPhone > Settings > LifeSaver app to confirm that Cellular Data is turned ‘On’.
Symptom: Not getting Arrival or Departure NotificationsCommon Problem: Location Services has been disabled
Likely Resolution: Check iPhone > Settings > LifeSaver app to confirm that Location is set to ‘Always’ and Background App Refresh is set to ‘On’.
Symptom: Wrong time zone displayed in dashboard and notificationsCommon Problem: User Settings in Driver Portal / Dashboard is set to wrong TimeZone
Likely Resolution: In Driver Portal clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner. Click on the 'Settings' menu item. There is a TimeZone field value which can be changed.
