Onboarding: Overview of onboarding process (when having to add a large number of drivers).

1. Log in to driver portal as Fleet Admin.
2. You should see “Import Drivers” option on the left. Select it. (If you don’t see the “Import Drivers” option, you are not logged in as Fleet Admin.)
3. Follow the instructions given on that page. When entering “device type”, use all lower case as “iphone”, or “android”.
4. Once the list has been imported, select “Manage Fleet Drivers” for the targeted fleet.
5. Make sure the list is correct, and select “Invite”. (You can edit any data manually as needed).
6. Once driver installs LS app on his/her mobile phone and accepts the invitation to join your fleet, the “Online Status” should turn green.
7. Driver is now part of your fleet.
