The driver might have inadvertently blocked incoming text messages from Twilio, the service that we use to send our SMS notifications. Please follow these steps:
1. ‘START’ needs to be sent from the user’s phone to the Twilio number that we use. We use a handful of rotating Twilio numbers. You may want to try to send a LifeSaver reminder to your own phone to see what Twilio number appears on your screen. Sounds like the user may have sent a ‘STOP’ message to this Twilio number at some point. Then install should work again.
2. As you may recall, we also use Twilio to deliver a 2nd SMS notification for the 5-digit code that we use to authenticate that the user is pinging from the phone number listed in the LifeSaver account. If this SMS notification is not getting delivered, please watch Video 3.8 on this page for another way to look up the 5-digit code: https://lifesaver-app.com/howto/
