Driver can not connect to my fleet portal after s/he was invited to join my fleet

Driver most probably installed LifeSaver app as a consumer over 30 days ago and created his/her own portal account that was connected to their driver user (as a consumer), prior to being invited to join your fleet.

Normally that will be resolved automatically when the driver is added to a fleet -in that case the driver link with himself will be removed and the driver will be linked to the fleet. The linking system only goes back for a maximum of 1 month, so if if there is more than a month time in between the time the driver was invited and when s/he installed the app, the automatic link to the fleet will not happen.

If this is the case, the creation date of the driver user needs to be changed in the system (ask Ruben) to a recent date so the linking system can automatically handle the link to the fleet on the next run.
