FAQ: Email already exists when trying to create LifeSaver Driver Portal Account

LifeSaver Mobile FAQ: “Your email already exists” when trying to create LifeSaver Driver Portal account.

You most likely have created an online account using that email in the past, in which case you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ‘old’ account. If you do not remember your password, select “Forgot Password?” in the Sign In page and follow instructions to get access to the account.
  2. Once in the old account, expand the drop-down menu under your account name on top right.
  3. Select “Close account” and follow instructions.

Once your old account has been closed/deleted, you should be able to create a new LifeSaver Driver Portal account.
