Driver is still getting calls and texts while s/he is driving.

For most Android devices the calls and inbound notifications can be silenced by selecting the ‘Silence Inbound Calls’ and ‘Silence Inbound Notifications’ in the app settings or if you’re using the parent portal, in the ‘setup driver’ page.

For iPhones, Apple doesn’t allow apps to do this silencing. However, we recommend using Apples iOS 11 feature ‘Do Not Disturb While Driving’ where you can enable the device to automatically silence inbound calls and notifications when driving. You’ll find this feature in the iPhone Settings app (the cog) on the device.
