Installation: New driver is not getting confirmation code after entering cell number.

Currently (04/26/18) there are two carriers that are blocking the text containing LS’ confirmation code: AT&T and Cricket.

If user is on one of these carriers and is not receiving the confirmation code, follow these steps (a temporary workaround):

If Consumer:

  1. Ask them for cell phone number for device.
  2. Have user: register the app with phone and stay on the code prompt. Ask user to email you to let you know they’re in this stage.
  3. You’ll look up the code and email them the OTP code you see on mouseover the driver’s “Online Status” in the driver portal.

If Fleet:

  1. Log on to driver portal as fleet admin.
  2. Select “Manage Fleet Drivers” from the menu on the left.
  3. Look for the new driver’s name and mouseover his/her Online Status.
  4. It should show a text: “Latest OTP code: ____”
  5. Give that code to your new driver so s/he can type it in after entering cell number.
  6. New driver should be able to activate LS.
