How to reset portal password?

  1. Go to the web based driver portal and click ‘Forgot Password’.
  2. This should email you a link to click and reset your password.

If this doesn’t work, you are the only user, and you are using the in-app dashboard,  inside the app try going to ‘my settings’ followed by ‘close account’ (inside the app).    Then repeat steps 1 and 2.
