The underlying reason for this is the drive summary rows are not being created for the user. This is frequently an indication that the app isn’t communicating to the server.
Likely Resolution: Check iPhone > Settings > LifeSaver app to confirm that Location is set to ‘Always’ and Background App Refresh is set to ‘On’. See settings
Also ask user (parent/fleet admin) to check:
– is driver’s cell data on while driving?
– confirm driver’s iOS version: 10 or 11?
— If 10: these are the known issues: (none as of Oct-20-2017).
— If 11: upgrade to 11.0.3, uninstall and reinstall LS from app store.
